Frequently asked question
Have questions before you join?
Here are some of the most common ones we get from new carriers—and if you don’t see your answer, our team is just a call away.
What freight types do you offer?

We primarily offer Dry Van, Flatbed, and Reefer freight across short-haul and long-haul routes throughout the U.S. Our network continues to grow, and we work with carriers to match the right freight to their preferred equipment and lanes. Whether you're looking for dedicated lanes or spot loads, we’ll help keep your wheels turning.

How fast do you pay carriers?

We offer standard payment within 30 days, but we also provide Quick Pay options for carriers who prefer faster turnaround. Once your paperwork is submitted correctly and the delivery is confirmed, you can expect on-time and hassle-free payments. We also support fuel advances on a case-by-case basis.

Do you work with new authorities?

Yes! We believe in giving new carriers an opportunity to grow. If your authority has been active for at least 90 days, we’re happy to work with you as long as your safety and insurance requirements are in place. We value professionalism and clear communication over fleet size or years in operation.

What documents are required to onboard?

To get started, we’ll need the following: W-9 FormMC Authority Letter, Certificate of Insurance (with at least $1M liability and $100K cargo coverage), Signed Carrier Agreement, Completed Carrier Profile Form.
Our onboarding process is simple and can typically be completed within 24–48 hours.
